🚫 No Refund on Used Products
​

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns on used jewelry.

✔️ Return / Replacement Eligibility
​

You can request a replacement ONLY if :

​

  1. You received a damaged product

  2. You received the wrong product

  3. The product has a manufacturing defect

​

Conditions:

​

  • You must send a request within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide a full unboxing video (mandatory)
    – Video should start before opening the package and show all sides clearly.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged/wrong item.

Without an unboxing video, no return / replacement will be approved.

⭐ Important : Unboxing Video
​

    . Unboxing video must be one continuous video from start to end .

    . No cuts, no pauses, no editing, no filters allowed.

    . Video must start before opening the outer package and show the full unboxing process clearly.

    . If the video is paused or edited at any point, the return / replacement request will not be accepted.

📦 Replacement Process
​

Once your claim is verified :

  • We will send a *free replacement for damaged/wrong items.

  • The original item must be returned in unused condition with all packaging.

📮 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
​

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

​

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered by customer

  • Color difference due to lighting/display

  • Delay by courier companies

  • Products damaged after use

  • Orders without unboxing video proof

💳 Cancellation Policy
​

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

💰 Refund (if applicable)

Refunds are issued only:

​

  • If the product is out of stock, or

  • If the order is cancelled within the allowed time.

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
